Summer Camp this year will be Saturday 13th to Saturday 20th August. We’re returning to Lyons Copse, Shedfield, near Southampton. This is a great site with excellent accommodation – www.lyonscopse.org.uk/lodge.htm We’ve stayed at this site before, and have the exclusive use of Lyons Lodge, a two-storey building comprising a series of bedrooms as well as a large hall and kitchen. Everyone will be sleeping indoors.
As usual, we’re planning a busy programme for the camp:
The cost of the camp includes all the on-site and off-site activities, food for the week, and transport. The charge is just £140.00. Looking at the list of activities, we are sure you will agree that this charge represents excellent value for money. The camp bank is open now, so you can start making payments in instalments as soon as you wish. We are keen that as many Cubs and Scouts as possible attend this camp; please speak to us if the cost for the camp presents a problem.
